Customer support is out of this world! We use Gempages, which wasn't always perfectly compatible with Rebuy, but Tom took it upon himself to find a solution for all of our wants/needs! Instead of giving up when there wasn't an easy solution, he worked with his team to develop ways that we could implement Rebuy with Gempages. The customer service is 100% the reason we kept this app! We were looking for a flexible, powerful, all-in-one solution for CRO. After some research, we chose Rebuy. Immediately we were able to cut down on the number of 3rd party apps installed on our store. This helped consolidate billing (and save $), decrease complexity (only need to learn 1 tool), improve site speed (less 3rd party scripts) and ultimately, drive revenue for our store. Support is very responsive (shoutout Nam, Jason, Jane, Christian & Keri), docs are comprehensive and the platform is designed very well (modular widgets and data sources allow for flexibility). Post-purchase and cart/checkout upsell revenue alone justifies the cost. Rebuy continues to build new features and we're confident that they will be the right partner for the long term.
