The custom designs they created fit our brand perfectly, and the setup process was smooth. Our account manager, Dante, has been especially helpful, providing valuable insights and guiding us through every step. The online support team is also super helpful - Bradley has been amazing! Rebuys team goes above and beyond, we've never received the type of support their team gives from any other app on here, across any app niche. If you get in contact with Steven or Katie, you're in great hands. They've both helped us accomplish many things that most apps support teams would just tell you to hire a dev for. Not only that, their Ai bot is hands down the most well trained out of any I've used, the Ai bot alone can handle 90% of simple CSS customizations, and even some functional tweaks via callback event settings (if it has documentation for it). While the app it's self is of course limited to some degree, and over use of the segmentation/personalization features will slow down your store, it's still a 5/5 when compared to all other available options. Context: Been using rebuy for about 2.5 years now. Thanks again guys!

I came to rebuy with a GWP campaign I needed help with. Cole Baines was my support member and did an amazing job. To say Cole went the extra mile was an understatement. He was incredibly helpful, and thorough with all he did in explaining how to create systems, following up, and even hoping on multiple calls to walk me through. I had a great experience with his help!

We've been using Rebuy across multiple stores (Formuland), and the experience has been outstanding — thanks especially to Janet Gomez and Max Trummer. Janet has been incredibly responsive, even during the busy BFCM season. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything works smoothly, whether it's fixing BYOB configuration issues, adjusting collections, enabling features, or troubleshooting subscription upsells. Her attention to detail and willingness to jump in immediately makes a huge difference. Max has also been excellent — clear communication, fast follow-ups, and very helpful when it comes to scoping and confirming custom work. Both of them make the entire Rebuy experience feel reliable and well-supported. Rebuy’s features are powerful on their own, but the support from Janet and Max truly makes it next level. Highly recommended!

This app caused many glitches with the shopping cart. I had other discount apps that would not work with it. Make sure you check with your other apps to see if they are compatible to work with this.

Rebuy has been a game-changer for us! Since going live on our AU store two months ago, we’ve already seen a noticeable increase in conversion rate, and we’re now preparing to roll out to other regions. We took advantage of the pro launch package, which meant we could work with a dedicated onboarding manager and web developer to fully customise our cart and widgets. Big thanks to Monica and Katie for all of their help with strategy and development, they made the whole process super easy (even whilst being in different timezones) and tailored everything exactly how we wanted across each stage of the purchase journey. Had amazing support agents before, especially Jessica. Now my cart is outdated because the way rebuy software was set up. So i have tried setting it up but it has been a really jarring experience, only because of the support agents i have met. I feel like the Rebuy team has not cared at all to help me update my cart, the design is already done and has been fully designed by rebuy before. But they will not help me at all this time.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Rebuy and can’t recommend it enough. The flyout cart has been a game-changer for us—especially with GWPs—and the platform as a whole has added a lot of value to our site. While the technology is about as cutting edge as you can get for a Shopify-based website, it can sometimes feel complex and overwhelming to navigate. That’s why having an incredible Merchant Success Manager has been absolutely critical to our success. Thankfully, we’ve been partnered with Lihuen since day one, and she’s genuinely the best MSM I’ve worked with in my career. She’s been responsive, thoughtful, always pushing us to maximize the tool, and consistently going above and beyond to help us reach our goals. The product is excellent, but Lihuen’s guidance is what truly turned features into results.
