Rebuy has been a game-changer for us! Since going live on our AU store two months ago, we’ve already seen a noticeable increase in conversion rate, and we’re now preparing to roll out to other regions. We took advantage of the pro launch package, which meant we could work with a dedicated onboarding manager and web developer to fully customise our cart and widgets. Big thanks to Monica and Katie for all of their help with strategy and development, they made the whole process super easy (even whilst being in different timezones) and tailored everything exactly how we wanted across each stage of the purchase journey. Had amazing support agents before, especially Jessica. Now my cart is outdated because the way rebuy software was set up. So i have tried setting it up but it has been a really jarring experience, only because of the support agents i have met. I feel like the Rebuy team has not cared at all to help me update my cart, the design is already done and has been fully designed by rebuy before. But they will not help me at all this time.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Rebuy and can’t recommend it enough. The flyout cart has been a game-changer for us—especially with GWPs—and the platform as a whole has added a lot of value to our site. While the technology is about as cutting edge as you can get for a Shopify-based website, it can sometimes feel complex and overwhelming to navigate. That’s why having an incredible Merchant Success Manager has been absolutely critical to our success. Thankfully, we’ve been partnered with Lihuen since day one, and she’s genuinely the best MSM I’ve worked with in my career. She’s been responsive, thoughtful, always pushing us to maximize the tool, and consistently going above and beyond to help us reach our goals. The product is excellent, but Lihuen’s guidance is what truly turned features into results.

WOW, blown away by this app's features, but this review is mostly for the Rebuy launch team members I worked with, Monica Neal and developer Katie Schultz. They really gave us a cart that looks and acts 20x more expensive than they charged me. For all store owners, I HIGHLY recommend getting the app and then doing the "Rebuy Launch program". They don't push the Launch program very hard, so ask about it. This will really help you go from 0 to 1 and get a converting smartcart quite quickly. Its a super high ROI investment, just make surea you take some time to form your opinion on all the features you want and write a killer brief, and the Rebuy Launch team will take it from there. THANK YOU MONICA AND KATIE!

Strong support team behind a strong product. Onboarding we deeply personalized for our store, which is a Headless storefront and thus had a host of nuance to account for. Maria was a great partner in onboarding and getting maximal value possible in a very short period of time, always ideating on what might work given our goals and constraints. Also provided a great "Mutual Plan" document at onboarding, which was very organized and helpful to keep on track vs. many apps that get you sold and then let you figure it out. Co-founder James was very active in early sales discussions and throughout integration to help us make sure the product was a good fit, then design a smart architecture that scales with the feature set. Has stayed available for deeper technical questions. Overall very responsive team, and the app itself is strong with deep feature set and straightforward set up and analytics once you get used to it.
