the App broke my theme several times, when contact the support I was offered initial setup for 700$ something un acceptable. The App interface is heavily to understand and not intuitive at all. Overall BAD Experience and waist of time.

Loved working with Maria! We are on a headless site and were experiencing many issues with Rebuy. Maria remained dedicated and had multiple calls with us (and our developers) in order to get everything functioning as it should. She's the only reason we remained on Rebuy during all the issues. We've been with Rebuy for about a month now and have already seen a MASSIVE ROI. I highly recommend this app for people who are looking to set up complex bundle offers and have their Cart, PDP, checkout, and post-purchase up/cross-sells all in one platform. Suki and Janet have been a great help setting everything up and helping navigating our complex bundling offerings.

I usually hate working with success and implementation managers, but Rebuy made it so easy. The process could not have gone better. If you can, ask for Suki. She was amazing and made the process seamless and easy for two founders with no technical vocabulary at all.

When I installed on my store, it did not work. It wasted two weeks of my time. The drawer cart is not compatible on every theme, in this case for our theme. On mobile browser, the drawer cart gets the entire page. I reached out to their team, they don't have an engineer to help. Their success team are wonderful, but they are not very good at coding or fixing behind the hood. Not recommending if you are using premium themes.
