Freundlicher und schneller Support....leider macht die App den Shop sehr langsam....ich sollte diverse zusätzliche Infos bereitstellen....da war dann leider Schluss für mich....Geld bezahlen und die ganze Arbeit alleine machen...no way sorry Im Nachgang, hat man sich bei uns entschuldigt, das ist fair und okay, deshalb einen Stern mehr.

Great app, performs well and as the description says - doesn't slow down the site. There are still small nuances that need to be worked on - but I'm sure it's a matter of time and they will be solved

Rapid Search is a fantastic app that really adds priceless functionality to the search. It's a must-have app in my opinion and I'll always recommend it to Shopify store owners. Their customer service is excellent as well. Very helpful!

The app applies its own design to the collection pages (in addition to the filtering options) that completely distorted our original layout, such as image sizes, typography, etc, causing a branding problem. It was explained by the team that they are unable to add their filter menus to other designs or themes, so they use the general app design. This didn't work for us and we had to uninstall the app.

This a a very good app. I have tried several other apps but keep coming back to this one. Not only is it affordable for my start up website, but it is very fast and accurate. It not only searches products but also searches contact us and store policy pages which is what I like. The only issue that I have encountered is that the placement of sticky widget does not look good in my theme on mobile as it sits too far out into page partially covering products view as you scroll down the page. Still I highly recommend this app. Thank you!

The app doesn't work with all themes. We also disabled the app for a few months, yet they still send us emails stating that we have reached 90% of our account's session limit and need to upgrade. Hmmmm, How is that possible if the app isn't even active on our website? If the app was active, I may have fallen for this and upgraded, shame on you guys for giving your customers false analytics.

Excellent app. Cant do without this app. We are selling mobile accessories. Its really essential for us to have robust search on our website. We get very good conversions everyday because of rapid search. This is a must have app if you have a big catalog.
