We’ve been using Rapid Search for our wholesale store and it has made a huge difference to our product discovery and customer experience. With a large SKU base, fast and relevant search is essential. Rapid Search handles this brilliantly. Setup is straightforward, and search results feel much more intelligent compared to default. Big shout-out to the support team too offering custom solutions tailored to our usage. That level of service keeps us loyal. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving search performance and conversion.

There are too many bugs. We've lost a lot of customers because of it. It negatively impacts the customer experience. I don't recommend it. It's overpriced and, on top of that, it's full of bugs.

Great support staff, Rebeka. I had some old code blocking a function at first but they solved it within a couple of days. Otherwise we've heard great things from our customer about this new search and filter function. The only negative I could think about is that it is a bit heavy, increases load time a bit, but it's worth it. Saving customers time in the end with a great search and filter function.

I have tried a few different search engines with my Shopify store and all the previous versions had slight glitches that made the search ineffective. This one works perfectly with mobiles and computer searches. Also so many extras included with it, such as identifying products in stock from the search bar, much more colourful and informative than other versions.

Great app with great features and lovely customer service people! I am mainly using this app for tag filtering- I have a lot of products - over 500 and counting and was able to use tags to create filters so people can find my products easier. It’s very easy to use - you just put in the general category and then list the tags you want displayed under that category. I had some issues with getting the tags and features to match the look of my website and Rebecca and her team helped me a lot!
