Our initial experience seemed promising, but things quickly went downhill during our trial. We had to repeatedly call them just to arrange collection, and the communication was not just poor—it was shockingly bad. They failed to deliver on a same-day service, without offering any apology to us or our customer, who was left waiting for their parcel. To make matters worse, they charged us for canceled orders and didn’t even bother to provide a reason or refund when we inquired. Overall, I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1, only in the hope that they might improve in the future. However, we won’t be using their services again.

As a customer for some time of Quiver they only promise and never deliver. The service is non-existent and this all comes from the Directors! They do not care about their customers or what effect it has on our business. Whatever you do I would never recommend this company or its services. One of the directors will talk you around but boy it's all rubbish that comes out of his mouth. DO NOT TRUST!

We've chosen to store our inventory in Quiver's Micro Fulfilment Center, which enables all these delivery options without the need for physical stores. The app flawlessly integrates with Shopify, is fast, efficient, and environmentally conscious. We were apprehensive at first about inventory management however the admin dashboard gives us comprehensive visibility 24/7 on all stock levels, orders, and indicating which items need replenishment. The rave reviews we receive from our customers are a testament to its success. There is also something immensely satisfying about seeing the CO2 emissions you've saved with each delivery, a testament to their commitment to a greener e-commerce landscape. But it's not just the tech that's great, the team behind this app is very impressive. Their responsiveness and dedication to problem-solving have been a game-changer for us. Not only do they push our brands 100% sustainable ethos with their zero emissions delivery but they offer a unique service that other fulfilment centres aren't agile enough to offer. The one hour delivery slot and same day delivery on the weekend plugs a gap in our delivery service meaning our London based customers can receive a spicy margarita whenever they please! This has been a fantastic marketing message for Pimentae, as a new start-up, it's vital we have unique offerings to shout about and our customers love the flexibility. Quiver were extremely helpful during the onboarding process and hand held us through the steps (albeit very simple!). They have been great at sending us the latest updates with their the app i.e. their new tracking service and are constantly developing their dashboard to make it extremely simple to track historical orders and CO2 saved from each order. Will definitely continue to recommend to other brands to deliver customers more choice and flexibility with delivery!
