I won't use this app anymore. I recently discovered a pricing discrepancy on your platform. The price changed from 19.9 to 9.9, but I still have to pay the original 19.9 amount. I discovered this price change myself and your team did not inform me. I reached out to your support team to request a refund for the difference, but the response I received indicated that the case had been reported to a higher department for a thorough review. However, several days have passed without any resolution, which makes me feel that my case is not being prioritized. I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving customer charges.

better out there, i was using the app for upsell was free for a while..but they charged me to use now without notice, only that my feature is now on a premium plan..not great, changed and uninstalled the day i found out i was charged.

I had a serious issue. I disabled the APP and the Rewards Bar, but the APP was still showing on my cart & checkout. Seriously interfering with the buying process and causing lost sales. Even though I disabled the app it was still showing on my theme. The developers had hard-coded and make changes to the theme, without informing me. And now it can not be reverted.

I was tricked with it awesomeness to install this app, the features I wanted are not even available for a trial if you don't upgrade. Complicated to customize and also complicated to just enable on the Shopify editor, I don't need a day to just figure it, Support said we finished today we will email you tomorrow. I should have just hired a developper on Upwork it should've took me less time. And at least not tricked. Very frustrating.
