The support team is very helpful to resolve issues for us. When there is delay in fix, they refunded for the period. Martin is a very helpful making improvement of their app and system. He actively seek customer feedback for product improvement. Definitely recommend it.

Puppet Vendor has been a great transition for our store! Not only is it easy to setup but their customer service team is so helpful when you have questions. Understanding PayPal and Stripe's platforms are the most complicated part of the process but Puppet Vendor's platform makes it easy to integrate and payout our brand partners. We love that the brands can also have real time visibility into orders and inventory that consign with us.
I've been using this app for just a few hours, and in a few hours, I've made more progress on configuration vs. 10+ hours it took me to get no where with Webkul MVM. This app has a clean, intuitive, UI/UX that "just makes sense". They don't overload you with configuration options out of the box, which sort of forces you to take smaller steps towards getting you where you want from a functionality standpoint. Then once you get past basic config, you can determine if you want to bring in new features via add ons. Beyond the above, the support has been phenomenal. This app is going places for sure.
initially we have some issues with the App. so i contact the support and they help us every way to fix the issues. overall support is excellent and i will recommend to go with email. overall good experience.
We've encountered several bugs and errors since using this app. Here's a breakdown of the issues: 1. Order Syncing Issues: The latest orders frequently fail to sync automatically. While a temporary fix involving the date picker sometimes works, it's unreliable. We've reported this issue to the support team more than 10 times, requesting a permanent solution. Unfortunately, the problem persists even until today (25th August 2024), leading us to post this review. There have also been instances where older orders disappear from the dashboard, raising significant concerns about the system's integrity for tracking orders and payouts. Vendors cannot trust a system where orders are not appearing or can 'disappear" unexpectedly. 2. System Crashes: During the first few weeks, the system intermittently crashed, particularly the "Fulfillment details pop-up." The pop-up window would freeze and timeout. In some cases, the entire system became unstable, also leading to timeouts. While these issues seem to be resolved now, they raise concerns about stability. 3. Empty Packing Lists: On occasion, the packing list function produced empty PDFs due to a problem with the PDF generator. Thankfully, this problem has been addressed. 4. Disappearing Orders: Cancelling a fulfillment previously caused the entire order to vanish from the dashboard. Thankfully, this bug has also been fixed. 5. Broken Payout Details Link: Clicking "view details" on a payout initially led to a broken link that returned no information. Again, this issue has been resolved. 6. 502 Bad Gateway Error: On May 16th, the vendor page displayed a "502 Bad Gateway" error. This was reported and subsequently fixed. Overall, the app's initial "bugginess" raises concerns about its readiness for live production. These basic errors should have been addressed prior to launch. Additionally, the repeated occurrences of missing orders have caused significant reputational damage to our business.
Joel and Martin from Puppet Vendors are very wonderful to work with. I have been working with them for over three years now and they never fail to provide excellent customer service and fair resolutions. They strive to make their customers happy and are good people with a good knowledge of a multi vendor platform. Having looked for many years, finding an inventory management system that provides access to multiple vendors, across various platforms is difficult. Puppet Vendors is a great tool to do this. Over time, they have worked hard to fix any bugs that have emerged and continue to work on further developing the app for new features. I recommend to anyone to use Puppet Vendors.

Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved. Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.

Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it. Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL! This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time. FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal. If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.
