This app has been such an amazing addition to our website, it helps out customers feel more secure, particularly our large international customer base, and has also allowed increased our revenue so we can easily solve issues when they arise. Particularly for us, as we are a retailer not a manufacturer, it means we don't need to wait on our brands permission/ support to replace faulty items. It also means we do not have to wait on postal carriers getting back to us when parcels go missing which can be really tedious. I would highly recommend this to all online stores, it's a great feature.
