We migrated our website from Wordpress across to Shopify specifically because of the functionality of this app and honestly I don't know how we were managing before it! The dashboard gives us everything we need to see the pipeline of rentals, the comms automations are great and its allowed a seamless experience for customers. PRP Customer service has also been fantastic, super responsive whenever we've needed it - which since the implementation is not often. Highly recommend for anyone in the rental industry.

PRP is perfect for my dress hire business! The tailored rental settings have made everything SO much easier and have avoided many double bookings + customer refunds. The filters make my bookings simple to navigate and prepare across my staff members- being able to mark when items are packed, dispatched and returned, so we all know what is going on! I am able to filter pick up and postal orders separately, and search date ranges. The customer notifications with auto emails and texts have saved hours of my time per week and are custom to the client’s date selections. So easy to set up and has all the features needed for a dress rental business. The support team is so helpful and their response time is second to none. While making the change to Product Rentals I also increased my prices and was worried this would impact sales. However even though some prices almost doubled I have seen more uptake and conversions from this new app and I haven’t changed anything else so I have to assume it is the improved experience customers are having. Cannot recommend highly enough !

What a great product. After months of using another 'bigger' app, I got fed up and started searching for a better one. This app is not only more intuitive from an owner perspective, but also from the customer facing side. Customers now have a clearer idea when booking their products what to expect - which will cut down on our customer service hours a lot. I've reached out a number of times for support from the developers and they are very quick to respond and very informative. So glad I found this app, just wish i had found it sooner.
