Though they are still working with me/ they have responded quickly and are working to get my issue corrected/I am grateful that they are doing everything to help me rectify the situation. The staff is so very professional and kind/ a pleasure to work with!

This app has it all! Tons of great features for both labels and badges, plus great customer service support whenever you need it. When I was having an issue with some of my custom code, I reached out to support and Rossie and Duke were both able to figure out how to help in no time at all! Chat support was very good. They got the devs involved and fixed the issue within 30 mins. Definitely use that over their support email option.

I recommend this app for beginners of their small business. App is absolutely free with limitation but the customer support is superb. I hope they can expand more with free planners in Shopify. More power DECO!

This is a very useful app for our shopify store to build our customers' trust. there are all badges available for our store, which we needed for our store. the customer support team is also very helpful in resolving my issue. overall, it is a very good app for our store.

We have a lot of different label and badge needs for our store as we have many products with different ratings, and from different countries etc. We had a little trouble having the labels show up on the product page but Julie with the support team was quickly able to help us! Their customer support is wonderful [Sam, Krystal] and we are very happy with the product.
