We got the app on Thanksgiving Day 2024 to set up our BFCM sales and we wanted to spice up the site with badges. Last minute, so we were hoping to find a great app that just works. Installed it, set up our first badge and it worked great except it didn't show on the product page (showed everywhere else it was supposed to though). We hit up support via their chat, got a live person within minutes, and they had a dev able to make a tweak and fixed the one small issue in 20 minutes...ON THANKSGIVING! I realize support may be overseas, but regardless, to have a bug fixed within 20 minutes of installation is insane good support. This product works great and has lots of customizable options like setting timers so that badges disappear if they are associated with a time limited discount. I'm 48, and I forget lots of things these days, so this is an incredible feature. Love it.
