Just what I've been looking for to help with the new US tariffs! I had a little bit of a configuration issue and despite dropping an email to support at the weekend the team responded, Angie, Polina and Vitali are all amazing. There was investigation, follow ups, clear communication, and most of all, care. All the things that make great customer support. It also worth pointing out that the configuration issue was down to my misinterpretation of a section of preferences, not an issue with the application itself. Thanks for a great app!

So far I'm really pleased with this app. Its adding the US tariff fee at the checkout so I don't need to add it onto shipping. I'm not that tech savvy, so the support (Maggie) has been super helpful and patient with some issues I had.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys went way above and beyond to help me so I couldn't not! The app has been a lifesaver in being able to charge the US tariff fees that I'm now having to pay when shipping goods there. Despite watching all the helpful videos I was still stuck, so they went in and changed the necessary settings for me. Not only that but they replied several times to my initial struggles on a Sunday, which I absolutely wasn't expecting at all! Very very helpful people, highly recommend!
