Sam has been amazing she helped me resolve a error on my website. The Pre-Order button was not working despite everything being fine on my end due to a error. She said she will forward it to the technical department and they will try to resolve it in 24 hours. They however fixed the issue within half that time frame. Sam was very fast and efficient in her approach as well as being helpful and friendly. She also kept me up to date with what was happening. I use Notify Me on multiple websites and I love it. It's easy to set up and I don't have to babysit it. It just works like it's supposed to. I had recently asked about a feature and the support was super quick and accommodating. Dela was awesome!
