5 star treatment. Finally an app where the free plan covers the features we are looking for, without having to upgrade to expensive plans. Especially for me as I'm a small business starting out. We speak to a real assistant and not a boot in real time without even having to ask for assistance. It was extremely easy to install. Immediately after integrating it into my website, a support team member suggested a customization that perfectly matched my website colours and layout, so I didn't had to waste time figuring out how to do it. I couldn't be more satisfied and recommend it more.

Only just starting using it, but happy to say very intuitive with an easily customiseable design for the buttons. Support Chat really helpful and quick too - even the AI chat bot was a good start. Would definitely recommend.

Just installed the app and used it for 30 minutes. It seems to be doing exactly what I downloaded it for. In a couple of simple steps you change your product page to a pre-order page. Customer service is also great.
