Dela, Stella and Nareh, who helped me get some things adjusted were very helpful. All of them were very good communicators and were responsive to all of my questions and requests. They resolved all of the issues that I was having. As far as the app itself, I would like to be able to make edits on my product landing pages without assistance, however, I do have my site set up in an unconventional way so it may be due to that. But the team was great helping me do it and they were responsive and fast (maybe faster than me) so it really wasn’t a big deal. I feel like the user interface could use a little improvement but I’m not super tech savvy so it may just be my lack of knowledge and inexperience. Overall, I’m very happy with the app and I would recommend it, especially since the support team is so helpful and got everything working as needed.

We find this app very useful after the first day. My team ran into some issues and we got very fast response. Pearl is really willing to help, even with minimum inputs given. Unlike some automated chatbots with other services. This issue seems like a bug on our side, so we will investigate. I don't hesitate to rate this one 5* so far. Thanks Pearl
