We used the app for a few days and so far - we are very pleased with it. The setup is easy and by using these unique, custom-made forms, we were able to provide a more professional and functional interface for our customers. Highly recommended.

Platform is easy to use and very versatile. We had an issue with the email notification, but the support team resolved it very quickly.

We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site. Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.

Easy integration with shopify, and I'm able to customize our form as much as I want. Support was super helpful, Irina got back to me quickly and solved my problem within 24 hours. Definitely makes me more confident using the app knowing support will be there when needed, especially for someone as un-tech savvy as me.

WOW, incredible customer support. They have an in app chat that you can connect to someone in real life immediately.

Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly. Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I think he loading time is a downside.

Great service and even better customer care. They made it so easy for me being tech challenged and turned major frustration into a breath of fresh air. Get this app today!

Richcarde did solve my problem about not seeing my forms when I logged into Power. But I could access my forms from Shopify. The form builder app does let us create useful forms for our application. It provides a Mailchimp and Google Sheets interface too.

Effective and useful, works better than other forms I've tried on our site. clean and straightforward. Support is attentive and competent.

Richarde was very helpful. I am sorry there is an ad on the bottom of the form since I'm on the free plan. But that's not his fault!

The app is great for the most part and any issues that arise can be brought to the support team. I have been helped by excellent team members of POWR such as Arlyne and Richcarde M. My only complaint is that I have ran into a few different issues with a larger form, which is expected due to the complexity, and said issues tend to arise without user changes being the root cause. Overall one of the better products on the market (due in part to their excellent support team).
