Status bij internationale brievenbus pakketjes wordt niet geupdatet. Daardoor staan alle orders steeds open en moeten we handmatig T&T codes sturen per mail. Dit kost erg veel tijd. Al weken in contact met support, maar deze legt de fout bij de "externe ontwikkelaar" neer. Daarna worden geen updates gegeven over de status.

Na update alleen maar problemen. Alle verzendprofielen verwijderd en weer aangemaakt en toch telkens 610 error. Super frustrerend.

After a year of using this app I finally gave up. Horrible performance. So many bugs when shipping orders, and most of the time the labels for international order refused to print on the label printer, so had to use the regular printer for it. It totally defeats the purpose of having a label printer in the first place. Customer addresses for USA did not register properly so still had to enter them manually in the My Post NL and print labels manually from there as the app did not perform. Too many bugs and error codes without explanation. Found an app that performs way better without all the mentioned issues without having to do any extra workflow arrangements.
