I'm using this app mostly for informative pop ups (things like fulfillment delays, etc), and it works very well! Once you get the hang of the design UI, it's easy to use and customize.

This Pop Convert app is completely free. You can set up various promotional pop-ups, and you can also set it up to automatically send welcome emails to customers. There are also many pop-up style templates. In short, it can meet all my needs. There is no better app than it.
