The support is fast at replying which is really good. However, the app does not have the discount features that are standard in Shopify. Also. since we got the app we have received marketing offers from other people who has told us they saw we used Pop-convert. We have not agreed to sharing our e-mail with other app-makers.

Does absolutely what I wanted it to do and the option to remove the watermark/branding for free was something I could not find with other providers. Great experience!

I just downloaded the app to create a holiday break notice. It is easy to work with and help was immediately available once I send a message. I managed to create my pop up with ease and will def be exploring all the other nice options that is available in the app.

First of all, the app works as it should (as opposed to a bunch that doesn't work right). Aside from that, I was able to get support immediately, and the support I got was result-oriented and worked perfectly. Plus, the guy I did the back and forth with was very positive and friendly.
