App is good but impossible to sync the app with G-cal. Customer service is inexistent (email address shown is not working & help page is a 404 error page) If one of the developer sees this comment, please help Thanks

Terrible customer service and a lack of quality install instructions are no-gos for me. I even scheduled a Zoom appointment, waited for 25 minutes, and no one showed up. I have wasted days trying to get help to make this app work. No more.
