We’ve tried multiple apps to handle customization for packing, pickup, and delivery but Alpaca is hands down the best. The interface is modern, clean, and intuitive. What really sets Alpaca apart is the level of customization it offers. It goes way beyond what most apps can do. But even more impressive than the app itself is the team behind it. We had a critical issue on our site, but since so much of our store’s functionality is built around their app, we reached out for help. Not only did the Alpaca team investigate and fix the issue, but they did it quickly and at no charge. They also took the time to explain the root of the issue so our developer could prevent it in the future. Incredible support. Powerful features. Clean design. If I could, I'd rate them way more than 5 stars. The app is super cost-effective, especially compared to others that have all these features. It was quite difficult to find an app that allows scheduling while also being able to account for inventory levels in each location. The user interface is very easy to use. Plus, I can have logins and secure pins for all team members The service is some of the best I have seen. They are very responsive and get things resolved quickly.
