Whilst I am new to the app in general, Silvano has provided me literally, probably, the best Shopify app support I can recall receiving. So far I also do love everything the tool has to offer and it's very easy to use. If you are in the market for a tool like this one, I cannot see how you can go wrong here.

I can honestly only rate the customer support so far because I've only been using the app since a few hours. But man, they are really giving their best to make things work for me. Otherwise, the app offers a clean, intuitive and easy to use dashboard. 1st campaign is up and running and collecting valuable data after a few minutes of using it.

I've been using this for well over a year and find it to be excellent. Easy to set up and tune popups for different markets, types of buyer, pages landed on etc. Clear results too.

There is so much you can do with the Personizely app, I feel I haven't used it to it's full potential yet but their support team is very helpful at showing how to use the app.
