Die App läuft nun seit Oktober und das einwandfrei. Schnelle Einrichtung, nach kurzen Einrichtungsschwierigkeiten wurde mir sofort geholfen und alles konnte danach schnell eingerichtet werden. Ein bisschen durchfuchsen muss man sich durch die gesamte englische Handhabung (auch wenn man gut englisch kann) - aber Support super und die Funktion einwandfrei. Wir haben nur noch teilweise Probleme dass manche Mails im Spam landen beim Kunden - das liegt wahrscheinlich aber an meinem Host & Mailaccount. Kunde einfach aufklären in den Mails und Artikelbeschreibung und schon gibts keine Probleme mehr. Auch wenn der Kunde seine Download-Mail verschlampt, kann man sofort eine neue schicken. Super Nachverfolgung inklusive. DANKE!
