The app is good. There were a few glitches at times but the team is supportive and prompt. Najmus particularly helped me a lot throughout my journey. Highly recommended

Very happy with the app and especially with the customer support team. Prompt and thorough reply. The customer representative that I communicated with, Gourav, was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond and made sure all the concerns were addressed, and I am happy. Thank you! :) The only downside is that to enable the sender email to a custom one, I have to add a handful of DNS records to my domain provider records, which is time-consuming and confusing.

I have got immediate help from the Support, Najmus helped me with the product and even removed the watermark to help me with the product check. Also I have sent a check file as to how it will look if someone orders the file. but on my gmail there was a pop up , where it says this message looks suspicious. If that is the case it will be tough for me to sell the products online and to create trust with the clients will be tough too.

Used Pandora digital download — smooth process, no issues. The setup was straightforward and everything worked as expected. Big shoutout to Gourav for being responsive and super helpful throughout.

I am new to tech, so I needed help to use the app. I am pleased to give Gourav an excellent review for his pleasant and fast help. I was definitely feeling stressed and he helped to alleviate that stress.

Very easy to download and get started, and Mithun was very kind and knowledgeable. There are a few customization options that aren't yet available, but I'm hoping to see them soon. Looking forward to seeing how beautifully this product works for my eBooks.

It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email. I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved: a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files. The links were pretty long too. I left some feedback and while they can't implement this feature now, it's on their to do list which I appreciate :) Also i know he meant well but he kept calling me sir even after i signed off and left (she/her) in my message - but no harm, just a little feedback for the support team, thank you! :)
