She was able to spot the issue that I was having when verifying my email with DNS. Right away it was verified and I can finally have peace with my customers getting their download.

Ease of use, after loading files, I was able to run a test checkout to ensure products looked fine and email test link worked. Customer service is knowledgeable, nice and helpful, will even run an audit to verify working properly. So far, I would rate this 5 stars!
