this app was fine at first when i only connected shopee and tiktok. the inventory sync was smooth. but as i kept adding more the the inventory or the price and everything goes wrong. and i paid for cross border. Their customer service is poor. No real time support. And i always find alot of my orders not being deducted or restocked if the order was cancelled.

WIth Osco you have app that works really well, has a very easy to use UI while still being flexible. Couple that with very responsive and helpful support. Highly recommended.

You will be satisfied with how well it syncs the product info from your Shopify store, everything is done well from Product Info, to Pricing changes and even any updates you make, are instantly pushed over to your marketplace stores. That's not the best part, the best part is the SUPPORT TEAM, they are willing to help you out for any issue you face, and even make small custom code changes to help you out with the information sync.

I have tested several apps for marketplace integration in the past, and this one is by far the best. It's incredibly easy to use and works perfectly. Most likely the most useful Shopify app to run a store across multiple marketplaces! Easily push new products to marketplaces and updates. Inventory always synced in real-time with a fine control on attributes to sync. Centralized order tracking. And a super reactive support team with top notch service to provide guidance! Highly recommended (used for almost a year on 3 marketplaces)

I can sync my Shopify products seamlessly to my Lazada and TikTok shop with this app! Forward updates are also automatic and you select with fields to sync. Support is also responsive and helpful. Looking forward to more features soon but right now it is just what I need.

Been using this for only about 3 weeks. Previously found a lot of issues with the app but the osco team has been working to solve them diligently. The whatsapp live chat support is also a big help
