I've used this app for years. It was useful for a particular situation we had. without warning they made so many changes to how it performs and behaves in your browser. They are all worse. I messaged them and they have always been REALLY ARROGANT people. I mean I wouldn't invite these people to a party for any reason. They are just pompous now. These are the kind of reviews you get from long time customers when you simply do not care about the people that pay for your app. Its not a cheap app. Its $29/month. Actively looking for another solution. I'll find one and delete this app. UPDATE: They only cared about my opinion or user experience once the review was posted. Now I get an email from the owner of the company saying they will listen. When you charge a monthly fee for software that's a partnership. You didn't just sell me this software for a one time fee. If you did, then I wouldn't be dealing with these problems created by your updates. You created this situatiuon and if you want $29 a month from me for life, then YOU SHOULD BE LISTENING TO MY CONCERNS before I post a negative review.
