Good stuff, some minor issues but the founders are constantly improving it and there is no other app that offers this functionality

Order editing has saved us an insane amount of time and customers made use of it the same day we installed it. The team can focus more time on processing orders rather than small requests from customers when they want to change order details/items. Customers have also made use of the upsell feature (putting more cash in our pocket with 0 effort). Every Shopify website should be using Order Editing. Simple as.

a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors. When we installed Order Editing, there was a fair amount of tweaking that needed to be done to get it running and customer-facing, but Hamish and Kiril were absolute rockstars, totally dedicated to their product and helping their customers.
