Excellent App. It does exactly what it is supposed to - cut down on customer service. Almost all order changes and address changes are now done by the customers themselves without contacting us. It also generates some extra revenue through the one click upsells, which is great. We are really happy with the results from this, and I can highly recommend it....The onboarding was also very thorough - I have to give a special mention to Lachie who spent a lot of time helping to make sure everthing worked correctly with the integration with our 3PL. Overall it's an excellent quality app with great customer service - thank you.
