I want to recommend Onport to any multi site shopify owner that will get the inventory management off his back and let Onport help them with all the back end operations. Onport has helped my business in tremendous ways, our business would not be the same if we wouldn't found this awesome and robust app. It helped us to manage dropship vendors, fulfillment, order processing and save us a ton of time. We've been using Onport (previously 'Jetti') for 3 years+ now and I don't think we could have built our business as well if it wasn't for them. Not only have they always really honored their clients and done as much as possible to execute on fixes and support in a timely manner but the software, the product itself has features for pretty much everything and more that you need to run and scale a marketplace. I'm a very happy with Onport and to have been along for the ride from the early days. They keep getting better and grow in features etc as the times demand. Thanks Onport team. From the founder Jon to all that have helped us along the way. We're with you for the long-haul. - COAH team

MY RECOMMENDATION? DO NOT EVEN INSTALL THIS APP I only installed the app. Did not sign-up for a plan, did not make any set-ups, did not add any preferences. Nothing. Just installed on my shopify ecommerce. Worst thing I could have ever done. After a week of having the app installed, I noticed that the app had been messing around with my stock. For every order I was receiving on my store, the app was adding or subtracting inventory from the items purchased in a complete random way. Some orders were untouched, some orders was duplicating the items reducing twice the inventory of an item, in for other orders it was ADDING UP INVENTORY of the items purchased. Not all the items on an order were updated...some did, some not... completely random without any sense. In summary. If I receive an order of items A and B, both with e.g. 5 units of inventory pre purchase, Shopify was reducing 1 unit of stock from each item (as it should do), then Onport removed one more unit of item A, but left item B inventory untouched. Leaving A with 3 of stock (whtn it should be 4) and B with 4(or even 5, since for some items it was adding up stock!!!) Why? Absolutely no idea... I just installed the app. As a result: a total mess up of inventory in just a week. I repeat, i did ONLY installed the app. Nothing else. Solution? I had to manually check every single order and every single item purchased in my store during the last week and fix the mess that this app caused. Item by item. MY RECOMMENDATION? DO NOT EVEN INSTALL THIS APP

We have been with Onport for 3 and a half years. As an e-commerce with almost 20K products, Onport has been an invaluable ally. After a smooth onboarding process, Onport team members have been crucial to our success. Our queries are attended promptly, thoroughly and professionally. They always followed up to ensure that we are good to go. In the age where mediocrity is accepted as the norm, the Onport team shine brilliantly. We are deeply grateful to be in partnership with top flight professionals who have gone above and beyond to support us. Thank you so much, Sara! Thank you, Jon, Bill, Amanda and the rest of the team! We couldn’t have made it without you!

Best software for marketplace I worked with. The software has all the features you need for seamless operation between the storefront and vendors. The UI is highly intuitive, making it very easy to use. Staff are incredibly supportive and will thoroughly guide you on the setup and best practices. Highly recommend Jetti!!

This app helped us build marketplace from scratch with no effort at all! I tried other marketplace service providers and Jetti is definitely the best! Some of the things I really love about Jetti - it has the most user-friendly backend, it synchs with most of the online stores (works with Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento, Big Commerce and many others) and offers your marketplace to automate all of the activities. I also love their support service - very helpful and friendly team. This app will bring a real competitive advantage to any business.

Update: February 3, 2022: Jetti has come a long way in the last year. They now have a dedicated support team that is able to respond to requests the same or next business day. The ability to publish more than 50 products has been implemented, as has the option to send vendor payments via PayPal with just their email address. It's a pretty powerful platform and, like most powerful platforms, there's a learning curve and it's not always intuitive. The error messages you get don't tell you how to fix the error, so reliance on support is often mandatory. I believe they could benefit greatly from a technical communicator to better their documentation. I also believe that it will be an uphill battle to keep up with the updates of every platform with which they integrate. And an investment in the UI could go a long way. But, these are just some of the trade-offs that are currently necessary to have a MVM that integrates with this many platforms, syncs both ways, and automates payments. My advice for users is to only take this on if you have the resources to dedicate to the setup and maintenance of your MVM on this platform. It's not at all a set-it-and-forget-it app if the price point didn't show you that already. UPDATE March 30, 2021: After this review, I had a call with the developers, which was appreciated. They apologized, explained that they've grown faster than they could handle, and promised to do better while allowing me free app access until I'm fully set up, which I appreciate. So, I have yet to cut my losses and I'm still using the app. Two months after, I still have 30+ day support tickets. There's inconsistent information from different team members, and I never know who will reply to my requests, or when. The help I'm requesting is mostly for accomplishing tasks that their interface ideally would allow without assistance from the support team. 3 things, specifically: 1. Products with variants come in as individual products rather than products with variants, even when pulling from Shopify. This is a nightmare if you don't have them configure it for you before you publish. 2. Pushing all products at one time. Currently, you have to select each variant/product individually, or you can select all products/variants on a page. The option to "select all" isn't there, and if a vendor has thousands of products/variants, you still have to publish them 50 at a time. 3. Setting published products to draft, or to publish only on selected sales channels. I have a brick-and-mortar store, and the default setting is to publish these products on POS only, which is literally the only place they are not available. I did finally get my payment situation resolved, but this was because of the support I received from Stripe, not Jetti. Jetti's original recommendation for payment processing isn't located in the US, and the fees made the dropshipping business model unfeasible. I learned this the hard way, unfortunately. Jetti connects Shopify to a variety of different platforms, including smaller ones like Etsy. I found this appealing. However, as platforms update their interfaces and permissions, Jetti struggles to keep up. Better, more updated documentation for all of the integrated platforms, including payment processors, is needed. Original review: I don't understand all of the 5-star reviews here. I'm very disappointed in the time and money I've spent with Jetti. After four months and $2000 in app fees, I'm still trying to get basic support for setup to help get my vendors paid. I chose Jetti because even though it's the most expensive option for MVM, it seemed to have the most features, and their sales team promised amazing support. However, the user interface is clunky, the help documents are not helpful, and the support team is slow to respond, at best. After countless broken promises from Jetti, I'm looking to cut my losses and begin searching for other MVM options. Buyer beware.

Using Jetti has been seamless. We drop ship from multiple vendors and wanted to provide our vendors with a vendor portal + USPS shipping labels all in one place. Jetti provided excellent support and a detailed walkthrough when onboarding. The specialised service is exactly what we were looking for. Using Jetti I've been able to automate the majority of my inventory and drop shipping processes. Highly recommend to other businesses.
