This will be our third year with Ongoing. The app is easy to set up and the subscriptions are playing an important role within our Customer Retention strategy. Adriana is very responsive and flexible and has always tried her utmost to solve any glitches or issues that have arisen. We have recently worked with her to re-word some of the on-site messaging which was done very quickly. She is also open to app development ideas for future. We are happy customers :-).

We upgraded our Shopify theme and noticed that the subscription products were no longer showing the subscription options. Adriana responded to our help request very quickly and provided clear instructions to remedy the problem. Issue solved! Great customer service and a great app that has allowed us to develop industry leading subscription products.

RepeatKit allows me to offer my customers a convenient delivery schedule coupled with a discount on my nutritional supplement store. Pricing as well as responsive customer support are great! Looking forward to some updates and added functionality soon. UPDATE: Unfortunately Shopify has removed my ability to use Shopify Payments because I'm selling fitness supplements. This makes the app non usable because they don't integrate with PayPal Payflow Pro. :( UPDATE 2: Adriana did a lot of leg work to find any way that I could still use their app. PayPal Express or Authorize dot net would work but unfortunately both are not really options for me right now. PayPal Express takes users away from my shop to PayPal which will affect conversion rate and Authorize dot net adds additional charges. Neither are exempt from Shopify's 1% tariff on using anything other than their gateway. If it was not my choice, Shopify should waive that fee. In any case, Adriana really tried to make it workable.
