Got off to a rough start with this app, due to misleading pricing information. However, I gave it a chance after this. I designed my app, subscribed, had it published in both Google Play Store and with iOS. My customers took to an app for my store quickly (which was clearly the reason for having one). I had received multiple messages from customers upset about how faulty the app was, and customer service was unable to provide me with any information that was helpful. When I first considered cancelling the service, I was concerned for my app to suddenly be unavailable to my customers, but after the complaints I've been receiving, having an app that does not function properly is much worse than not having app for a period of time (until it can successfully be replaced with a more formidable app). I am very disappointed, prior to my experience with this app I had believed it would be a great way to introduce myself to having an app, while also making my store more accessible via mobile device. I was also left on 'Read' when seeking information about canceling my plan.

Brilliant app for beginners with the easy use templates. I had an issue and Miley was very helpful, went above and beyond to fix this. I also had a lot of questions which Miley answered right away. Thank you

Fairly easy to set up the app initially and so far fast responses from the developers when changes need to be made. Starting on the basic plan, but likely will upgrade quickly depending on app performance.
