Overall dissatisfied with ther reliability. Sometimes they’re quick, sometimes they’re slow. Currently there are orders that have been waiting 6 weeks to fulfill. Am still awaiting a resolution on this and a decent customer service response. No way to call anyone. Email replies are sometimes quick, sometimes slow as I regularly request updates and communicate concerns I have of orders. Sometimes the response is good, sometimes it is inadequate and slow. Also the order of shipping is sometimes strange. The latest issue is orders placed 2-3 weeks later are shipping before older orders, leaving most frustrated customers still waiting for delivery
