Key Strengths

  • High-quality printing and vibrant colors, often preferred over competitors like Printful and Gelato.
  • User-friendly, straightforward app interface with good product variation options.
  • Responsive and helpful customer support when handled by specific support agents.
  • Use of Australian-owned manufacturers, ensuring local product quality.

Common Concerns

  • Unreliable order fulfillment times, with delays extending beyond advertised timelines.
  • Lack of strong communication and inconsistent responses from customer support.
  • Suspected mismanagement in order processing, leading to shipping newer orders before older ones.
  • Inconsistencies in print quality and issues with damaged goods.

Final Thoughts

However, merchants frequently experience fulfillment issues and inconsistent customer service, which can hinder its reliability and use as a print-on-demand solution.

Peak Transit

Overall dissatisfied with ther reliability. Sometimes they’re quick, sometimes they’re slow. Currently there are orders that have been waiting 6 weeks to fulfill. Am still awaiting a resolution on this and a decent customer service response. No way to call anyone. Email replies are sometimes quick, sometimes slow as I regularly request updates and communicate concerns I have of orders. Sometimes the response is good, sometimes it is inadequate and slow. Also the order of shipping is sometimes strange. The latest issue is orders placed 2-3 weeks later are shipping before older orders, leaving most frustrated customers still waiting for delivery

My Store

To be honest, I did test orders with Gelato and Printful also, and for me OGO was the best one in terms of the print and colour. I can say the other two were from QLD which I already got refunds for both, because to me they were that bad, and to think OGO was cheaper and turned out to be the best of those other two! Could be a little faster in their shipping time, but the quality made up for it.

Like other review, I too have cancelled my products with this company as they were talking too long, coming damaged, and the customer service is not great. I have expressed my confusion when the order time was 3-5 business days as per their website, and yet, we were a minimum of 18 days. I have removed over 100 items from my website and will be looking for a company that will actually do their job.

Not sure if this is a scam app. We installed, setup products, have orders paid and placed and no sign anything is actually being fulfilled. Be careful!

A Big Stitch Up

App is straight forward and basic, but ok to use that provides variations options. After some hiccups at the starts, Zhen from support worked patiently with me and tech support to find the issue (which was may faulty having extra characters in the order prefix). The quality of the Shirts (ASColour) and the quality and brightness of the print is second to none. I used Printify and Gelato, these guys are 100% my preference. The support for me has been the real winner and worked with me to improve my products . Thank you.

PROPER APPAREL

Shipping is too long. They don't have strong communication when delays occur. Printing is not very good at all. Sometimes the designs come up wrinkled. I switched providers recently and had no issues with them.

Shhh...

I posted a 1-star review about OGO here, due to unsatisfactory service. They replied in a courteous way (on Shopify, see below) BUT when I tried to place an order through my new WooCommerce store, OGO attacked me for my bad review, and they refused to accept any orders.

I have had a really hard time with OGO. I am changing providers this week. My t-shirts take so long to print that i get customers complaining to me what is going on. Sometimes up to three weeks just to get a tracking number. Different sizes get printed in different ways meaning the colours are different even if its the same design. Although the shirts are cheaper and the site is easy to use, it has not been worth it. I would highly recommend using a different print provider for POD. Sometimes my shirts have been delivered before I even have a tracking number to let my customer know its arriving. I have found it all very frustrating.

I've been using OGO for the past 4 years and have had very good experience with the team at OGO. They are responsive and replies to my emails, questions and are very friendly. It works seamlessly in the background and works perfectly most times. I know I can always email OGO if I have any questions or concerns. Had some minor and major hickups before with the App but it was always quickly resolved and everything was working again.

Ogo is a straightforward and simple to use POD platform. Highly recommend for Australian POD stores, most if not all base products are from Australian owned manufactures meaning high-quality clothing for your customers. When I had to reach out for information regarding an order their support team Cindy and Zhen's responses were prompt and helpful.
