NV Order Editor gives merchant staff a safe, guided way to change orders after they're placed — update line items, shipping, addresses, notes, and payment terms without leaving Shopify admin. When an edit isn't directly supported, the app cancels and recreates the order instead of leaving it in a broken state. Customers can also make limited changes to their own recent orders from their account, within a merchant-configured time window and fulfillment holds, reducing support requests.
