The app works consistently, and can target almost anything we want - Tags, SKU, Metafield... Also supports exclusions and has an audit log for split orders. It works super consistently even as we get thousands of orders a week, works perfectly with Shipstation and the best part is the developer who responds quickly and efficiently, triages and fixes errors and is willing to help with custom logic if and when we need it. This is one of the best apps we've found for Shopify!

Order Split Pro has been a time saving addition to our Shopify workflow which includes integration with ShipStation. We're able to have our orders split into fulfillments which import perfectly into ShipStation for fulfillment. OrderSplit Pro has elegantly solved my specific use case with minimal hassle. If you face a similar issue, this app is your solution. My courier limits parcel weight to 2kg. While Shopify Shipping can handle heavier parcels, orders over 2kg previously required manual intervention by warehouse staff to cancel and split them into new orders - an error-prone, time-consuming process. Now, large orders are automatically split into 2kg sub-orders before reaching the warehouse system. For the warehouse, these appear as regular orders and are processed seamlessly. The best part? Clients now receive separate emails with accurate tracking codes for each order. Marvelous!

This app is absolutely fantastic. We do a large amount of preorders on our site so this will split up all the orders based on their arrival dates (or any trigger that you specify).
