This form works great with my starter plan and I can customize it with a little design to make it stand out to customers whenever they visit the website. Simple, easy to use and you get a lot of access to many features even on the free plan. If you've got a starter store and you're just starting to buildup clientele, this is a useful app to help capture customer data. It actually works with starter shops.

We've been using this app for a while. It is propably one of the best deals on the app store. It is cheap, very functionnal and very fast. We use the webhook to connect to zapier and the integration is great.
