Customer Service is INCREDIBLE. Flávio was patient with me, and helped build templates to fit new tag sizes, and explained everything when I didn't understand. Syncs beautifully with Stocky POs. really happy with the app experience, been using it for 2+ years and is far and away better than the standard barcode app that shopify uses by default

I use it to generate address labels when I ship my items using stamps, not shipping labels. It works great, and their customer support (tweaking code to customize my labels) was lighting fast!

This app is great and the support is fantastic! Flavio is extremely responsive and created a custom label for us, taking the time to make sure it was perfect. He also helped me troubleshoot, even when it turned out the problem was my printer and not the app!

It's so refreshing to try an app that is both great value for money and full of features. I should be able to do all my label printing using the liquid templating solution. I love the way it allows you to select products with quick buttons, I've already set up a few buttons with custom graphql filters. The app developer was very responsive when I needed help.

Multi Barcode Labels is intuitive to use and has manuals and documents for extra support. Best thing tho, if you ever run out of ideas and manuals, their support is amazing! After about a week using Shopify POS for our brick and mortar jewelry store, we were struggling on our own with the Dymo printer that came with our POS. We acquired the CTS Multi Barcode Labels app and reached out for support to see if we could utilize our old Zebra ZD410 printer that had worked so well under our prior POS system. Flavio helped us set up a tricky template for printing small jewelry barbells to that printer from our Mac computer. (There is nothing easy about that combination of realities.) He cheerfully dug in and kept making iterative modifications to the basic label template until we got the barcode, title and price sized and positioned just right, looking how we wanted it, scanning well and, most importantly, printing! It was truly one of the best e-mail back-and-forth customer service experiences I've had in recent memory, in any industry or endeavor. Bravo!
