The App has a lot of offer choices with good customization options. I was struggling to create multiple offers and came across a problem but with the support from Ravish he helped me to fix the issue. Very good customer support

The only one that fully met the need for automatic promotional giveaways using a coupon. In addition, they fix the incompatibility in just a few days, which if it took longer it could have compromised the functionality of other features. Excellent service and an amazing app. Congratulations to the entire team.

So far so good, nice support. bonus poinbts for the fact that it is just embedded in classic design so it doesnt mess with any other apps working at the same time (like variant apps)

So so helpful! They stayed on the chat for over an hour while we tackled one issue at a time until is was where we wanted it to be! They were hands on and explained steps thoroughly so we could learn how to do it our selves. Their team also was super willing to implement things themselves on issues we were not able to resolve ourselves. Highly recommend!

Really strong app! A lot of options compared to other cross-sell or free gift apps. Directions for various offer setups are very clear and they offer great support to make sure things populate correctly based on various shopify themes. Researched a ton of these sort of apps and this one was the stand out by far! Loving it

There are two things I really like about this app (among many others): It lets you test on a draft theme instead of directly on the live one — which helps avoid any potential mess. I’ve tried quite a few other “fancy” and pricey apps, but most have limited font options. Monk, on the other hand, allows you to use your existing website font. We use a custom Adobe font, so the free gift offer designed with Monk perfectly matches the rest of our site. Highly recommend!
