When something goes wrong with a client order due to an issue with the app, there is little to no help, thus leaving the client hanging.

I truly wish this app worked, as we utilize Mixam for our magazines and were excited to bridge Printlink with our shopify store. We have not had an order go get sent since February, despite the fulfillment being accepted by Mixam. When trying to get these orders fixed support always ends with "We will reach out to the proper department and let you know". Meanwhile our customers are angry and I am left to deal with the support. This app does not work.
