Excellent app and customer service. I asked if it was possible to add star ratings to product cards and they happily connected to my store to set it up for me. The widgets are also very visually appealing. Highly recommend.

September 13, 2025: Downgraded (1 Star) AliReviews does import reviews, but the option to import only display in a private tab on DSers and have never shown up on normal browsers, which makes the feature far less useful. Even worse, the review request emails have been a major problem: our open rate is under .05%, there’s no delivery or bounce reporting, and without any DNS verification options (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), the emails aren’t authenticated to send from our domain. That makes them more likely to land in spam and doesn’t build a sender reputation for our store. Support acknowledged the concerns but couldn’t offer a solution or advanced reporting. For a $25/month app, basic email authentication and visibility should be standard. We’ve deactivated the email requests and are now looking for an alternative that can handle email deliverability and transparency properly. This app is only essentially good for importing the reviews themselves and even that you have to find a workaround for. Review requests are horrid. August 1, 2025: (4 Star) AliReviews offers solid features and has worked well for our needs so far. We were able to resolve most issues on our own, and overall, the app performs as expected. We’ll continue to monitor its performance moving forward.
