We’ve been using Milkyway Delivery + Returns for local deliveries and returns, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The app is easy to set up and works smoothly with our store, even on the latest themes. Same-day delivery has been a big plus for our local customers, and the return flow is simple and convenient, which customers genuinely appreciate. What we liked most is the transparent pricing and real-time updates — it makes operations much easier to manage. The flexibility to schedule deliveries or request on-demand delivery is also very helpful during busy days. Support has been responsive whenever we had questions, and the app does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity. A great option if you’re looking to improve local delivery speed and customer satisfaction.

I've had limited experience with the app, mostly positive. The support has been very good at helping develop what I needed to work for my company. I haven't fully implemented the delivery service yet, but hope to use them in the future. Drivers were on time and were successful in their deliveries.

The delivery request process is overly complex, and support is slow to respond. The app UI is confusing; consider using AI tools (Claud/Cursor/GPT5) to improve it. Implement AI-powered chat support. The initial user experience is crucial for your business's success. Your support was unavailable for 2 hours, and we ended up using Uber for a $24 delivery from DT LA to Pasadena.

Absolutely love milkyway and love these guys that created it. They’re super hands on and have been there to guide me through every little detail since the day I signed up. They’re responsible and so are the drivers.

We have recently using Milkyway - Delivery + Returns service and couldn't be happier about it. The chat support is always quick and super responsive, they can arrange a delivery even on the weekend and in the shortest time, even for long distances. We send a lot of packages throughout the week and used to use Uber for that purposes, Milkyway is much more affordable, and the service is great! We don't worry about the recipient not coming to the curb to meet the driver like we used to with Uber deliveries, we don't worry about missing the Uber driver wait time for the pick up like we used to with Uber. With Milkyway, it's a flawless experience every time: nice driver pulls over, goes to get the package from us, delivers to the recipient, pulls over, and makes sure they have it, or follow the instructions (take pictures, leave the package at the specified spot etc). Since we've started using Milkyway, we've suggested a few things/features that we'd like to see/use in the app or on the tracking page, they were all implemented within a few days! It's so fast and easy, so every time we have a need for local delivery, Milkyway is the way to go. Thank you for such a great service! We hope for a long-term relationship and help for the Holiday season insanity we expect to strike in the next few weeks.

We have tested couple of apps to deliver to local customers. But it was unsustainably costly and sometimes drivers didn't show up or were quite late. Yesterday used this app to deliver few online orders to local customers and didn't have any issues with requesting delivery on dashboard. Order was delivered in 40 mins or so. We'll use this app longer and update this review later.

It's easy to use app. I love the idea of having this app on my Shopify dashboard. Didn't have any problems when used this service to deliver to our local customer recently. Support team was helpful to answer our questions and they responded fast to our inquiry for additional information.
