The app is ok! Sometimes it has its errors, however, they help you and fix it when this happens. Very nice!

Ben brilliant fixed the work that need doing in very quick time as well and it’s a lot easier to have on the website save a lot of time doing it manually

I encountered significant issues with the app despite following all provided instructions. Customer support was unhelpful, requesting sensitive information like my shop password, which seems to violate Shopify's security protocols. Additionally, their support hours appear to be limited to Pakistan time zone, making it difficult for users in other regions to get timely assistance.

The support team are absolutely fantastic, went above what was required to help implement their product and demonstrate it working as well as helping make some tweaks to make it even better. Highly recommend.
