I've been using this app for loyalty services, and I highly recommend it. It provides excellent support and assistance in setting up the system, along with creative ideas to keep improving our loyalty program. The only drawback is that we can't schedule rules to automatically enable offers and promote events. Other than that, it's a fantastic tool for enhancing customer loyalty.

I am a CX Rep, and I reached out to Loyalty Lion's Chatbot on behalf of a customer who had some questions and concerns regarding her rewards account. As a navigated through her account trying to look for details, unfortunately, I needed more help, and Sathiya replied back to me. Her answers were very clear, easy to understand, and professional, so that I was comfortable enough to forward her answer directly to my customer. If at all possible, she would be my go-to contact whenever I have questions for Loyalty Lion! She's the best! 10 stars!

We switched from another rewards app to Loyalty Lion and are really happy with it so far (we just went live last week). Our onboarding manager, Sammy, helped us put together a really beautiful page and comprehensive program. He was really patient with all of my questions as we built the new program and even helped me troubleshoot building email flows in Klaviyo. He also shared a Pinterest board of design inspiration from other brands' loyalty programs and email flows, which was really helpful in trying to put our program together and saved me a lot of time digging! Looking forward to seeing the success of the program and continuing to work with the Loyalty Lion team!

Our company migrated from a previous rewards program to Loyalty Lion and we are thrilled for the upgrade! While the onboarding process was a bit longer (for all our team members to understand and comprehend) than others, Sammy our onboarding manager went beyond in helping and assuring we were all on the same page; helping us in designing a beautiful Rewards page, ensuring all of our questions were answered, and guiding us through the entire migration process - and then some! We've only gone live this week but so far our customers are happy with the new upgrade! It's nice to see that we can finally reward our customers without having to always give out a monetary discount and while we have yet to see the long-term success of the program (as only having launched this week!) we are super excited to see the results it will help us achieve in the long run.

We ran into a lot of issues with transitioning away from our old loyalty vendor. Jonny and the Loyalty Lion team were amazing and supportive, being patient and offering assistance the whole time. The support alone is worth the upgrade for us.

I recently installed the application for a new site. The application has many useful things. But I am hugely disappointed by the fact that if my store does not use a significant circulation language (English, French, Spanish) the program does not offer the possibility to do the translation yourself except for the amount of $10 per month, attention! every month not a single fee! (which would still be easier to accept) but why wouldn't it be free since I still make it and not the support team. You disappointed me badly with this fee! It seems to me that you promote discrimination!

We're new to LL and our first impression is positive. The onboarding was very smooth, our onboarding manager Sammy was super helpful and quick. He helped us design a nice customised loyalty page and answered every question. And we received positive feedback from our customers, they seem excited to collect points to be able to get free products as reward. Finally we found a way of incentivising our customers without having to give discounts all the time. Because our loyal customers buy every two/three months and we've been using LL for only 2 months, it's too early to judge the financial success yet.
