Duraan was very helpful in resolving our issue so that we could test the integration of LoyaltyLion app in the new Shopify Checkout.

Onboarding with Jonny was great, he offered a lot of insight that helped us kick off a successful program and really customize the little things in a useful way. We are still early in the program but we have been impressed with the initial results.

So far, so good! Libby was a terrific onboarding manager who helped us get everything set up with minimal fuss or issues. And thus far the software is working exactly as promised. Early signs indicate that it is improving our overall customer economics too!

Best in class software – you get what you pay for. Very willing to help during the onboarding process to get you started on the right foot. It does take a while to get the program set up, but hopeful that it will pay off over time!

We just started using them in November and so far, so good. There was a lot to learn from the get-go and we are continuing to learn how to best use the app to its fullest capabilities, but I must say if there's one thing that they do really well it is customer service. Sathiya is the rep that I have mostly interacted with, and she is quick to respond and always gives a detailed and thorough explanation.

I've been using this app for loyalty services, and I highly recommend it. It provides excellent support and assistance in setting up the system, along with creative ideas to keep improving our loyalty program. The only drawback is that we can't schedule rules to automatically enable offers and promote events. Other than that, it's a fantastic tool for enhancing customer loyalty.

We switched from another rewards app to Loyalty Lion and are really happy with it so far (we just went live last week). Our onboarding manager, Sammy, helped us put together a really beautiful page and comprehensive program. He was really patient with all of my questions as we built the new program and even helped me troubleshoot building email flows in Klaviyo. He also shared a Pinterest board of design inspiration from other brands' loyalty programs and email flows, which was really helpful in trying to put our program together and saved me a lot of time digging! Our company migrated from a previous rewards program to Loyalty Lion and we are thrilled for the upgrade! While the onboarding process was a bit longer (for all our team members to understand and comprehend) than others, Sammy our onboarding manager went beyond in helping and assuring we were all on the same page; helping us in designing a beautiful Rewards page, ensuring all of our questions were answered, and guiding us through the entire migration process - and then some! We've only gone live this week but so far our customers are happy with the new upgrade! We ran into a lot of issues with transitioning away from our old loyalty vendor. Jonny and the Loyalty Lion team were amazing and supportive, being patient and offering assistance the whole time. The support alone is worth the upgrade for us.
