THE BEST customer service I've experienced yet on an app! I had trouble getting reviews of one product across multiple variations to group on each product page - emailed support, and Ed G sent me directions within an hour! THEN the instructions were amazingly great/simple to follow! Took about 2 minutes for me to fix my issue - and I'm not super savvy on the backend flow of things. Highly recommend these guys - thanks Ed!

I love the app! Being able to have customers' dog videos and pictures with reviews on my website brings the products alive. I have much more to explore about Loox however first impressions are very favourable. Excellent customer support too, which is key. I needed some technical help and as a small business I rely on good IT support when needed (as I'm not a techie!). The Loox app is backed up with excellent customer support - I can't fault it - and this support, not the price, is my deciding factor in keeping the app after the trial period is over. I’ve been using Loox for 5-6 years now, and it’s been fantastic! Joyce has been incredibly helpful and responsive on a recent support ticket (they always reply in a couple of hours at the latest). I’ve already recommended Loox to several other stores because of how smooth the experience has been. The best of the best.

Been using Loox for all of my businesses and has never failed me. Support is also fantastic. Liz helped me out with adding custom code to the theme to get the default reviews on product cards to become Loox reviews.

Great app really easy to use and set up. The different displays you can do are so great to customise my store. The support staff are really really helpful with any questions I had.
