Um aplicativo muito prático, com varias funcionalidades, tudo muito intuitivo, mesmo sendo com as configurações em inglês, vale muito a pena ter na loja, super indico, estou muito satisfeita, inclusive com o layout de loja.

I do not recommend this app. Every time I try to filter reviews for products, it gives me a loading error. I have to cancel the product download and re-download it, and even then, this doesn't always work.

Great app and and excellent support from Aya. They respond extremely fast. Only drawback is that they don't do site reviews, which we'd like to show in Google search results.

We were sort of caught in a bind after Shopify notified us that their review app was being discontinued. Just before that, our 3rd party developer became unavailable, so it turned out to be quite the learning experience. As suggested by Shopify, I exported all our customer reviews to a csv file for safe keeping and proceeded to evaluate replacement apps. During that process, I discovered that we are using a "vintage" theme, which is a theme that is not compatible with Shopify's current 2.0 platform. Even though our vintage theme performs fine, it makes upgrades more difficult because you sometimes must modify the code yourself. Anyway, I followed their step-by-step instructions, and the install went smoothly. The app also includes an option which allows you to email your exported reviews file to them for mapping. They mapped it so it would import it correctly and sent it back within minutes. Everything is now working fine, and we are learning how to take advantage of all the built-in tools to increase our sales. Thank you Loox, and I recommend!

In my experience so far, the loox app doesn't cause as much page load delay as competitors like Yotpo. It's also slick and looks great. They also have great support. Hats of Tal and Shany for fixing my issues and helping recover lost reviews. They really go above and beyond.

Its much easier to use with a far better user friendly interface that the other review apps on here. I love all the different options and the referral system is great. Not sure exactly how the pricing works, like why you have to pay extra above a certain amount of orders, but other than that, Its great!

just downloaded the app because it said 10 dollars at first, the actual plan is 15 dollars (thats fine) i got the notification i'd be able to import temu reviews, but that was a lie too

Abbiamo installato l'app facilmente, importato le review ottenute in precedenza e pubblicato in brevissimo tempo la maggior parte dei widget a disposizione. La presentazione e versatilità sono eccezionali, vero valore aggiunto al nostro store. Unico neo che ho trovato: i widget ci mettono un po' troppo a caricare e quindi questo porta lo store a non essere stabile in fase di caricamento iniziale della pagina.

I would definitely recommend this app to other Shopify store owners! It's such an easy app to integrate into your store and looks super nice and the support is great also!

Setting up LOOX was straightforward, and the pricing is fair. Although I only installed the app a few days ago, I have already formed a very positive impression. Our shop previously used another review tool, which was far less intuitive to set up. Everything seems very promising, and I am confident that the app will continue to perform well over time. One small drawback is that text reviews can only be displayed individually as a carousel, rather than side by side. Without accompanying images, the various widgets can’t be utilized. This is particularly relevant for me as I imported our previous reviews, which are all text-based. Overall, LOOX offers an excellent user experience and has the potential to significantly enhance the way we manage customer reviews. I look forward to seeing how it evolves and improves with future updates.

Best Review App on the shopify Store, although the translations are done manually which is kinda annoying, but either way its still the top choice for reviews.
