Im no longer using the app i unnistall multiple times and, even after that comes to me a bill with 13,99 from this app, what is going on??

Currently, I'm just using the free version. It's been a really great addition to our website, and absolutely has helped us build trust amongst our customers - especially with such particular clientele.

It's glitching. Kept saying I didn't add widgets or rating and it won't let me send this (at least the last 2 tries)

My experience was great with customer support! The problem I was dealing with was solved in a timely manner and the customer support staff assisting me was very friendly. 10/10.

Had an issue and needed help on how to import reviews so i contacted Loox support team and Aya was so amazing as she taught me through it.

I love how easy it is to set up. There are also video tutorials that are easy to follow. This app is worth it and offers great value for money. I'm excited to see my store grow with the help of Loox.

Installing Loox was very easy. Even after I accidentally closed the tab while I was setting it up, my email for help was quickly answered by Ken. He answered my question right away and all is good!

I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta. Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.

I had a specific request and reached out- Aya was incredibly helpful and gave me the perfect workaround to a problem I didn't think could be fixed! Very happy, and can't wait to dive deeper into this with all that it can do.

Jemuel was a great help, he solved my problem in minutes. I do not recommend Elison however, because we chatted back and forth 20 times and my problem was not solved but she seemed nice.
