Loox is an easy-to-use reviews app. The customer service/support team is excellent. We've just worked with Laurence, who was knowledgeable and friendly and responded promptly with accurate and easy-to-follow info.

Loox rocks! I've used other Review apps. Judge.me was somewhat adequate, but very limiting. Tried another more expensive app, that just didn't pan out for us. Landed on Loox and I have to say, that it is very solid. It LOOX better than the other review apps, and it's garnering more reviews for our store too. Love it!!!
