This has been the single best app to help grow our business by providing instant customer feedback and credibility to our site and social accounts. I recently had an issue that our customer service rep, Tal, expertly handled with very fast response times and a quick and direct resolution. I highly recommend Loox to any business.

I had an amazing experience with Loox support! Dolev, their Technical Support Engineer, went above and beyond to help me fix an issue we were having with email notifications. He was super quick to respond, provided clear and detailed instructions, and was incredibly kind throughout the process.

I am collecting reviews every day, and got a referral sale within a couple of days of adding the app. It brings a little authenticity to my site. Well worth the cost.

I really liked this app, it definitely deserves 5 stars. But... The support for the language I need is not included by default, and the integration is only available with one translate app, which is not the best, therefore I can't use LOOX . I really hope you resolve this issue and I can get back to you.
